Salame e Pecorino

Salame is a cured pork sausage, thinly sliced, with lovely marbled fat and peppercorns. Pecorino is a sheep’s milk cheese (derived from the Italian word for sheep, pecora). We serve three grissini with the salame e pecorino, along with a fork or two if sharing.
