Panini
We offer three different kinds of Panini year-round:
Prosciutto & mascarpone (soft Italian cream cheese)
Salami, mascarpone, butter, pecorino Toscano, arugula & walnuts
Mortadella with pistachios
We serve seasonal panini as well. In spring, the piselli is made with green peas, garlic & basil over a bed of mascarpone. The caprese uses buffalo mozzarella, basil & summer tomatoes. In fall and winter, our pomodorini is made with dried cherry tomatoes & stracchino cheese.
We bake the bread—white dinner rolls—in house daily, with flour, sugar, butter, yeast, milk, & eggs. Panini are served two to the order in our lovely twisted paper, over a napkin.
