Daisy
Cocktails in the Daisy family call for a base spirit, liqueur, citrus, and sugar. Here you will find an outline of Bar Pisellino’s Daisies, which rotate on the menu depending on the season.
Pistacchio: Occitan gin, Alpe Genepy (herbaceous liqueur from Piedmont), Lazzaroni Triplo (orange liqueur), pistacchio orgeat (sweet & nutty pistachio syrup), angostura bitters, and lime juice. Shaken, strained, and served in a Georgian glass with a crusted pistachio rim. The lovely presentation and color make this a Bar Pisellino classic.
Our twist on the classic Paper Plane features tequila, Rossa Amara, Contratto (bittersweet liqueur), and lemon; served in a Nick & Nora with a lemon twist.
The Whiskey daisy is served in a double rocks glass with Wild Turkey bourbon, orange cordial, lemon, and Angostura bitters; shaken, strained, and garnished with an orange twist.
The Paloma combines tequila, Campari, grapefruit cordial, and lime juice in a Collins glass. It’s topped with soda and garnished with a lime wheel. Summer on Grove Street!
