Aperitivi
Aperol Spritz – Aperol is a bitter aperitivo made of rhubarb and gentian & cinchona flowers. The spritz is aperol and prosecco on draft, served over ice in a wine glass. Aperol Spritz should be delivered on a white ceramic tray with olives and an orange slice on the side.
Sgroppino is a Venetian cocktail of lemon sorbetto, vodka, and prosecco, served in a Georgian glass with two straws and lemon zested on top.
The Americano cocktail uses Campari (the classic bitter aperitivo of herbs and citrus), sweet vermouth (a blend of Dolin Rouge and Punt e Mes), and soda, served in a Collins glass with an orange twist.
The Garibaldi is a light aperitivo of Campari and fresh-squeezed orange juice – named after the general who contributed to the unification of Italy in 1861. Garnished with a slice of orange on the rim.
Bianco Sbagliato combines bitter bianco, bianco vermouth, and prosecco in a double rocks glass. Bianco sbagliato comes on draft, served with a lemon twist.
The classic Spagliato is made with Campari, sweet vermouth, and Prosecco, served in a double rocks glass with an orange peel over ice.
