Coffee Presentation
Espresso, cappuccino, and americano should be served in our ceramic cups, on a saucer with the handle presented to the right of the guest and a spoon just behind the handle (as in the photo above). Latte macchiato is served in a collins glass, on a saucer with a doily and spoon. Iced coffees are also served in a glass and should arrive on a doily. Offer sugar to guests and bring sparkling water on the side with all coffees. Please be mindful of temperature and deliver coffees to guests as soon as they are ready.
In the morning, biscotti are available to order in plates of four (two almond and two chocolate). After 4pm, each coffee is served with a complimentary biscotti on the saucer, as in the photo above.
