Cornetti

 
 

Cornetti are pastries similar to croissants, served traditional (plain), with an apricot jam filling, or with a Nutella filling. To distinguish flavors, the apricot cornetti are dusted with powdered sugar, the Nutella are dusted with cocoa powder and powdered sugar, and the traditional are served plain — two to the order.

 
 

The batter uses wheat flour, butter, water, sugar, yeast, whole milk powder, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), & salt.
