Frappe

Frappes are served in the warmer months, and replaced with Toddies in late fall.

 
 

The Mezcal Espresso Frappe features Mal Bien mezcal, Pueblo Viejo blanco tequila, Vicario coffee liqueur, espresso and sugar; shaken and served over pebble ice in a wine glass with a straw.


 
 

The Negroni Frappé combines Plymouth gin, Martini & Rossi red bitter, Bordiga vermouth rosso, shaken and served on pebble ice in a wine glass with a straw and orange zest.


Rum Frappé uses Plantation rum blanco, Lazzaroni Maraschino liqueur, grapefruit cordial, simple syrup, lime juice, and Peychaud bitters. Served on pebble ice in a wine glass with a straw and fresh lime wheel.
